i didn't see the movie, but Tractor Supply (try your local farm store) sells a large blue poly tub for about $300 to $400.

Believe he was using tubs made for the lobster industry. They may be available via fishing supply for large commercial fishing use and I believe i saw them when I was in Maine in use at the lobster houses.
