Exo-terra Laguna pond/water tub

GLZ May 18, 2010 12:18 PM

I mentioned these before, I got more info and thought id share it. These come in 4 sizes that I know of.

Small, med, large and round. (sm/med/lrg are retangle).

The large size runs $190 dealer cost and the retail for around $265 ... the large is 88" long x 48" wide x 26" tall

I believe the small's run around $60 and the med's run around $100, I didnt ask about the round ones.

That is a nice size rectangle for the money and there is no shipping fee's as the ex-terra dealer delivers them to pet stores along with other items.

what size is the small Ft? "?

GLZ May 18, 2010 09:49 PM

there decent size, I didnt take measurements on these as there to small for any of my crocs, next time in the the store ill check but I would guess the small's are about 3ft x 18" x 12" and id guess the meds are 4ft x 2ft x 18" .. the rounds are probably 7ft across and probably 26" tall

These tubs are not as nice as the waterlands but for the money you really cant beat it.

Maybe its these:
www.lagunaponds.com/lagunaeng/preformedponds.php

Thats Laguna's website, I didnt see any price tags.
I have seen theres or similar products at Home Depots Garden section. If I remember right it was very reasonably priced. I think it would work well for a in ground outdoors enclosure.

I called exo-terra and they tell me those 3 rectangle and the 1 round pond are exo-terra products but that they are made by Laguna which is the same company that makes all the shaped ponds which are sold at lowes, etc..

Exo-terra directed me to check for images and information on Lagunaponds.com but there is no info there about these rectangle ponds.

I know for a fact that pet shops can order them, im guessing now that stores like lowes can probably also order them.

The next time im in the pet shop I will get the model numbers, etc..
