I THINK YOU NEED A NEIGHBORHOOD GEOGRAPHY LESSON JENNI...LOL...PALM BEACH HAS THE MULTI MILLION DOLLAR MANSIONS...WEST PALM BEACH HAS THE GHETTOS...BIG DIFFERENCE...I DONT WANT TO SELL MY COLLECTION...BUT I HAVE NO CHOICE RIGHT NOW...BUT NOBODY WANTS THEM ANYWAY...THIS IS THE FATE OF CANDOIA...ALWAYS HAS AND ALWAYS WILL BE...NOT MANY PEOPLE APPRECIATE THEM...I'VE DONE ALL I CAN TO PROMOTE THEM OVER THE PAST 15 YEARS...BUT THE TIME HAS COME FOR ME TO SELL THEM ALL AND MOVE ON...A SAD DAY INDEED

Dear Jerry,You have done more than anyone,Ive been to west palm beach,but only near the water-front.I'm guessing water-front property is gonna get alot cheaper once the beach turns black.I hope everything works out.THANKS for everything. jenni/
