Second opinion, please?

Although unusually dark, I would say that is an E. notaeus. Typically, E. deschauenseei always has a brown to tan background coloration and the lateral blotches are solid and closed. This specimen has lateral blotches that are open with light centers. I don't believe any deschauenseei have been in the U.S. in 60 or 70 years. However, that sure would have been interesting if it had been one.
