raw vs cooked

I have been told by a few to feed my bts raw meat and some have said cooked?

Which is best???

Neither, in my opinion. Far better to feed BTS's insects, like superworms, hornworms, silkworms and a variety of greens. Some cooked eggs once in awhile is fine, or a thawed pinky mouse.
