American aligator feeding & schedule?

what do you feed an adult alligator? How much do you feed an adult alligator? & how often do you feed an adult alligator

I think there are a couple of ways to go about doing this. Ideally a small offering of food every day or every other day. This would closely replicate their nightly intake of amphibians. Another way would be a large meal once a week or so. This would be like the intake of a large prey item, which in the wild would happen very sporadically.
For the sake of convenience, I feed mine to satiation about every 7-10 days.
