Rose bellied swift.
It looks like terry county is well away from the red-bellied swift range map I found (not that I put much faith in those, heh). How can you tell?
Body proportions are all correct, marking too, though, this specimen is high brown, but then they don't call them variabilis for nothing. Do a google image search on sceloporus and you'll that most have larger head to body ratios and larger scales around the edge of the head. Even Sceloporus undulatus does not quite match it.
