I was blessed on friday to be able to help out the vet where my wife works when a local breeder came in with his retics. They where very beautiful animals, and I was surprised how calm they where. One was 17 ft I think, that was the largest snake I had ever been close to, I was impressed with how strong/powerful they are.
I smiled at my wife, and she said no dont even think it, no retics!
Dang it!
Anyway, I am done rambling.
thanks.

Yes retics are magnificent pythons I am a boa guy but I do own 2 retics for now. More than likely I will have a few more in the years to come. Just find a baby retic your wife likes first and talk her in to letting you have that one first. LOL When retics are properly care for they are very tame. Here are the two I own for now.

This is Tigger my female tiger phase retic. She is around 15 feet and 80 to 90 lbs now.

This is my male albino purple phase retic.

Take care
Tom
