my leapord gecko laid an egg on sunday morning she still has an egg left to lay is it unusual for a gecko to lay seperate eggs days apart she dosnt seem to be in any distress what to do wait it out or?

Are you sure the female still has another egg in her, sometimes they just develope and have 1 egg. Usually a female will lay both eggs in a sitting. I have had some lay a day or two apart, but not often. As long as your female is well hydrated and is allowed the option to have a moist laying chamber, she should be fine.

she finally laid her other egg yesterday in the sand not the lay box i got to it when it was still soft before the sand could dry it out it didnt look in very good shape but i put it in with the other egg (2 weeks apart) i dont have high hopes for this egg but we will see what happens.
