I also thought it was interesting that all are orange yet neither parent is... variable indeed.

Josh, again they are beautiful, I really like the last one pictured. The father is off of a orange male and a female with a orange belly with some orange bleeding through.
the mother is off of a female with a burnt orange buckskin appearance.
here is a pic of the grandmother off of the fathers side.

All things bright and beautiful,
All creatures great and small,
All things wise and wonderful,
The Lord God made them all.

It mainly lies in what the grandparents were not the parents......
But again....they are predictable at all are they?.......

Poor planning and procrastination on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part...

Beautiful clutch, Josh -- congratulations! Please post after they've shed, too. Those are some pretty fantastic colors lurking under that cloudiness! I had eight snakelings hatch this year from my single (and first ever) clutch of thayeri. They had an MSP mom and four are MSP -- probably more the usual than what happened with your clutch with none. One of the things that makes genetics a fun subject is to see the "roll of the dice" at play with each generation.
Have fun, and good luck getting those little buggers started n pinkies! So far two of my eight have started on f/t. The others don't seem much interested . . .
