Hi

Anyone going to NARBC in Tinley Park,IL in October? I missed last year but have already reserved a room for this year. I have my heart set on a baby box turtle so I am hoping there are some there this year. My adopted box turtle is doing even better. She is eating every day now everything I give her.

I would like to hibernate her this year but have no experience with it. I live about 2 hours west of Chicago and it can dip down below freezing for days at at time. Any ideas on how this can be safely accomplished?

My wife and I go to Tinley every year since it is only 3 hrs away, not sure if we are spending the night but probably.....just asked Donna and she said yeah maybe but only if we spend sometime shopping and eat at that fancy seafood restaurant, lol
