looks like an albino corn snake of sorts. Most likely an escaped pet. Try to capture it and get it to a rescue, or they are actually pretty easy pets. Good find!

That's an amelanistic(albino) Black Ratsnake.
It's impossible to say if it is actually a wild specimen, or someone's escapee pet, as there are a large number of these albino's bred in the hobby, and that area is also a part of their huge natural range.
That is a really nice looking amelanistic specimen either way, congrats!
