Are the san pedro martir mtn kingsnakes considered "zonata" per CA DFG rules? I read something on here http://www.applegatereptiles.com/species/agalma.htm which to me seemed to imply that these can be kept legally in CA - is that right? Thanks

Yes they are legal in CA. The subspecie is from Baja hence they are legal.
