2010 Tiger x Candycane Tiger litter

Ghireptiles Aug 03, 2010 07:30 PM

Got some of the nicest babies I have ever produced in this litter. The animal on the right may very well be a 'candycane tiger'.

Great stuff Matt! It always feels great to have that first litter of the season drop. How many more litters are you expecting this year?

I should have two more tiger litters this season and possibly a third.

This is my second tiger x tiger breeding so I would say there is not a super form of the tiger unless it's not a visual.

Very interesting.

On a side topic, when do you expect to breed Candycane Tiger X Candycane Tiger?

Both candycane tigers are females so I'll have to see if the one from this litter is a male...and if it is indeed a candycane tiger

Outstanding Matt, congratulations!!
I knew it wouldn't be to much longer until
you produced a candy cane Tiger.
And it's everything I hoped it would be.
Beautiful just beautiful!!!
Great work Matt and good luck with your other litters!

Thanks Charles and I'll get a good look once it sheds...but looks to be a candycane tiger right now.

Here's a couple more tigers and I'll get some new pics up once they have shed and eaten a few times. Really happy with this litter!

What an exciting litter!!
More spectacular babies, they're going to explode with color after they shed.
The electric baby is going to need a camera filter for any pics after it sheds.
I keep coming back to drool over that first photo, and thinking about what it's
going to look like at 6 months, pure insanity!
Can't wait to see more pics!
Again great work Matt and thanks for sharing!!

Thanks for sharing! Was the litter 100% Tigers?

ckoutris Sep 03, 2010 08:56 PM

Hey Matt,
I wanted to know how this litter was doing?
Have they all shed yet? I'm especially anxious to hear about the possible candycane Tiger and how it looks now after shedding!
Would love to see pics of this litter post-shed that I assume are just exploding with color considering how incredible they looked pre-shed!
Looking forward to any updates and thank you for sharing what you have already!
Great stuff Matt!!!!
