Just wanted to share some updated pics of my isabelle island and pics of the paulsoni I picked up today. My Isabelle seems to be getting lighter tan and the dorsal zigzag is getting darker. Here she is.

And the new girl. I made a trade for this girl with a local person who posted her on Craigslist. Never thought I would see candoia on Craigslist. I was hoping it was a male but no such luck. I'm sure it is a paulsoni and not a halamara but please verify that. The person I got her from said she was eating rodents and just went into blue a few days ago. She looked a little dry so I soaked her and she ate a FT fuzzy right of the bat. She had no background history on her but I'm sure she is probably a recent import.

I am starting to think the 2nd one is a halmahera? Anybody want to chime in on that? Thanks,

Hey Chris,I would say she is a candoia paulsoni tasmai. She has the right color and the tell-tale side by side spots in the middle of her head.Probably not from halmehera-on the plus side these can have SUPER white offspring. Is that other female from Dr.Parker? Thanks for the nice photos. jenni/

Hi Jenni,
I think you are right about the locale. The head shape seems a little different from my isabelle. Looks a little flatter and more broad. The female is from Josh Parker. She just keeps getting better and better. I checked out the site and the pics are very nice. I wish I could get it translated into english. It gives that option but says the page is to big. Thanks for the help. I'll post more pics after she sheds. I was going to post pics of the ambons that I had in the freezer but my wife tossed them when I wasn't watching. lol.

Hey Chris! Its been a long time since the last time I visit this forum. Halmahera and Candoia Paulsoni Tasmai are the same thing. Indonesian usually call Paulsoni Tasmai as Mono Halmahera.

I really hope you guys in here have YM or MSN. I'd love to talk with all of you about Candoia species :D Because only a few people that have an interest into candoia, such a sad thing :\
