Hey I found this chuckwalla a while back and I thought i'd share it.Its the only adult male I have managed to find in this area, but there are plenty of babies.

Hey I found this chuckwalla a while back and I thought i'd share it.Its the only adult male I have managed to find in this area, but there are plenty of babies.

That looks exactly like the chucks we found actually about 75 north of ater's documented range in NV. It has been a while but we searched these cinder cones jutting up out of the desert floor out in the middle of nowhere. One cone was black and the other maroon(color of the rock). All the chucks were very dark all the way through the tail just like that guy.
