TOM_CRUTCHFIELD Aug 17, 2010 10:12 AM

I just bought the last pair of Indian Pythons my friend had. The female is a very nice one I believe representing the Indian population and the male I believe is of Pakistan origin. Anyway for thse in the know I'd love to have your opinions....thanks

This male is going into shed but I think you get the picture...

Those are beautiful pythons!

I noticed you were asking about people who still kept Indian pythons. I was on monstersnakesforums.com and there was a guy who had one, said he got it from rocky mountain retics. If you wanted to know?

So, you plan on breeding them!!!???

Yes, I intend to breed them. I know Bill Lamaroux very well [guy who breeds them in CO]...thanks

Very exceptional Indians Tom, and I really like that male. Great color and he has the classic faded border pattern on the fronts of the dorsal blotches. Pretty tough to pin down the exact locale on these, but definitely from the central to northern populations. You definitely picked up some nice ones.
