There was a TV show back in the day. It was called Black Adder. It was a british comedy show on BBC. I believe it was the Monthy Python guys. Before cable was popular late 70s early 80s. In the begining of each show a black indigo would slither around. Does anyone remember this?

Had a friend many years ago who loved that show.. may have been nobodys then.. But Hugh Laurie (Dr. House) and Rowan Atkison (Mr. Bean) and Miranda Richardson all were on the show...
And I agree.. gave me nightmares
