Question for other Similis owners

jdt Aug 18, 2010 02:06 PM

Hey, everyone! I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this about their bluestripes also? With my current and past animals, the male bluestripe coloration is always a much darker deeper shade of blue. Whereas with the females, their stripes are always a lighter more powdery shade of blue. I was curious if this sexual difference was common to all bluestripes?

My female similis was really, incredibly blue. Bluer than my male even though she was a year younger and half his size!
