Hi Scott What state do you live in. There are quite a few babies around this time of year. It is simpler and a hundred dollars cheaper for you if you buy in your own state and cut the feds out. Faster too if you really have the bug and want one now.

I live in Texas. How arduous is the paperwork if I buy out of state? Are there any breeders here in Texas?

I dont know any Texas couperi breeders. The permit cost $100 and isn't that big a deal to fill out but often takes a month or more before you can buy from out of state. Here is the link for the permit.
