Is it a good idea to ship second day? I have a customer that wants to ship second day however I have never done this. Does anyone have any feedback on this issue? just curious

Sounds like your customer wants to save money without regard for the well being of the animal to be shipped. I'm guessing if something went wrong he would expect you to take responsibility as well. Either way if it were me I would flat out tell them that that is not an option.

If you are talking about shipping insects, it is fine, but for live reptiles, that should never be an option.
