I'm just getting back into the reptile world after about 8-10 year "break". I use to go to the ALL OHIO show in Columbus every month for several years... in the late 90s. I would see alligator snappers at almost every show. Recently, I've been attending shows again, almost a decade later. I've seen NO Alligator Snappers. Have laws changed? Can dealers still sell them. Very curious if anyone could enlighten me on this question. THANK YOU!

I have one I keep as a pet. I was told that you can posses one, but can not commercially buy one. Mine was given to me five years ago as a hatchling. I also have not seen them at the Daytona show in several years either.

I was at the Columbia SC show not too long ago and there were several people selling them
