Baby Crested Gecko

dragonhawk Sep 25, 2010 03:33 AM

I have a screened top tank that was housing two baby crested gecko's
I have no idea how one managed to escape, yet there is only one crestie in the tank. Most possibly that I had lift the lid and it got out with out me noticing.
Is there any way to entice it to return? It's really too small to go searching for, the tank was on top of my refridgerator which is pretty warm on the outside (backside) it could be underneath or behind the refridgerator.. I haven't checked as I just cleaned and checked the tank thoroughly for a second crestie. Any advice?
Thanks!..

My adult crestie tries to make escape attempts on a regular basis, succeeding once (I still don't know how). Look in a high area (bookshelf, tv, etc.) Look in tiny spaces with objects pushed close together- they like feeling smushed.
