A hard decision

waspinator421 Sep 26, 2010 11:58 AM

After thinking long and hard, I have made the difficult decision to drastically cut back my Thayeri collection. The reason primarily is I want to focus more attention on my Rainbow Boas. My space is maxed out, so I have to make some sacrifices somewhere.

I'll still be keeping a nice group, so I won't be leaving the forum. Just probably won't be producing nearly as many in the future.

Hang in there, Aubrey - it sounds like you're making a well considered decision.

I know how you feel, though. I parted with the last of my Okeetee corns in August (donated them to the raffle for ARK in Daytona) but it was with some amount of pain -- I've had at least one corn snake for the past 25 years, and I miss them. But when the cage space opened up so I could spread out my small thayeri colony, it was a great feeling.

Good luck with your Epicrates expansion. Please don't leave the forum entirely!
