lighting to cause the glow of a GFP axo?

goneXenopus Oct 01, 2010 12:26 PM

I just got a trio of GFP axolotls and I can see that they have a slight green/irridescent glow to them in normal light. But what type of light do I use to make them GLOW? Is it a blacklight or a some type of UV light? Thanks!

Flourescent blacklight. some l.e.d. lights will do it as well.
