looks to be a baby racer...

It looks like it might be a baby black racer, they commonly have a pattern very similiar to this.

Where are you located? Geography will help narrow it down

....an Eastern Yellow-bellied Racer(Coluber c. flaviventris), whereas the Western form would be (C. c. mormon).
