for anyone one who may be interested i have three leopard hatchlings all are from different situations i tried feeding them the zoo med grassland tort food they will not eat lt even mixed with greens all will happily eat muzuri i did this over four months a little mini study you might say .

I feed my entire colony of aldabra tortoises Mazuri tortoise chow only during egg laying season. During the entire rest of the year they graze on improved pastures with natural grass and weeds. We have had great success with our breeding program with with mostly natural diet. This is a grazing species, Greg.
