I need an opinion...

obakefan Oct 31, 2010 03:31 PM

I currently have 5 cherryhead babies who are doing fantastically. I am planning to get some Grenada redfoot babies this winter. I am curious what others think about keeping all together vs. keeping them separated. My gut feel is keep them separate, but until they are bigger and closer to sexual maturity does it really matter (being that they are both redfoot babies?)

Please let me know what you think.

As always, quarantine before adding any new animal to your bunch. Once they have passed quarantine, I see no problem putting them together since they have the same requirements. Once they are breeding size, I would separate to make sure the bloodlines stay pure, pure cherry and pure grenadan.
