I can't really see any red, but the picture is very blurry. If you are concerned its a health related issue, take it a vet.

Has it always been that way. I have a dragon with red eyes, he was born with them.

Hey Zilla,
There are lots of dragons with red eyes, it isn't unique or strange. Unless you can remember your dragon having different colored eyes before he/she has probably had red since a hatchling. Do you have any photos of the dragon when younger? Then you can compare the differences.
I think most dragons have a mix between brown, yellow, red, and orange.
