getting neonates to eat

snakeylo Dec 03, 2010 02:31 AM

My bay of LA boa gave birth to two beautiful neonates on Oct 1 and I am having trouble getting them to eat. Anybody else have this problem--if so how did you get them over the hurdle?

Sometimes baby rosys just won't eat until after they've had a hibernation. Cool them off to 50-55F until around valentines day.
They'll almost always eat without issue a week or so afterward.
