Cal-Kings what is best age to breed

What is the youngest to breed kings and the oldest or cut off point to use as stud or breeder Female?

I wait until they are 3-4 years old; clearly adult size, and nice and thick (the females). Some people may breed earlier, and they may if the opportunity arises in the wild, but I feel it reduces their longetivity.
