So......where's all the bugs? If you ever get around the Little Big Horn site, stand on Weir Point and get a shot of the Valley looking down river. I want to know how far Custer could see. Surely there's some spiders and snakes around that area you'd like to get shots of. I enjoy your posts Daneby.

Good to see that you are still seeing some wildlife out there. I've only been out hiking a couple times in the past month or so and all that I saw were some grey squirrels. Temps here in South Carolina have been unusually cool for this early in the season. Last Monday nite, it got down to 12 degrees which is about as cold as it gets here! Havent seen any snakes since late October. saw some turtles last month and one large toad crossing the road during a thunderstorm a few weeks ago.

I like the pictures. You ever see any bald eagles or bears?

Thanks!

I see bald eagles quite often, but usually only 1 or 2 bears a year.
