Green Lacerta same as a Jeweled Lacerta?

Are they the same or are they different species?

Green lacertas can be a couple different species.

They can be Lacerta bilineata (western Green lizard) Lacerta viridis (green lizard)
lacerta trilineata (Balkan green lizard) and there are other species that fall into the the green lizard group, all of which are from the genus Lacerta where the jeweled lacertas are from the genus Timon (formerly Lacerta). Hope that helps a bit.
