My dragon, Twitch, is usually pretty awesome. Today while I was feeding everyone he saw me feeding the anoles and frogs crickets and got pretty excited. He was not very excited when I fed him becasue today is "veggie" day in the rotation. I went to pick him up a little while ago and he got pretty aggressive with me which he's never done before. Just currious if hes mad at me over the crickets or just having a bad day? Not sure if dragons even think on that level.

Most likely he was just in a feeding mode...as he could see and smell crickets. Depending on his age, he could also be hitting puberty and just being more aggressive than normal due to chemical changes within the body. Eventually they will calm down though males may be more aggressive during breeding season, especially if females are also kept. (whether separate or kept with him).
