Warning, this video shows the ingestion of an anole.

AND a scorpion that was crazy cool to watch!
Thanks so much for this video, always wondered how you maintained so many cages.
And then some very interesting clips!
And the incubation setup was also very good.

Great video!

The anole and emperor, were no match for the dragons.

How big are those racks you built for the dragons?

Very impressive facility you have there, thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the positivity. The cages are 50 inch wide 6 feet tall.

At the risk of sounding like someone's mother...." Put that scorpion down! Your'e going to put an eye out playing with that thing! .....Seriously

oregonsnakes Jan 08, 2011 03:06 PM

I agree, scorpions are not the best feeders. The tip of its tail was slightly clipped to avoid just that.

Solid cages! Long enough to handle 4' fixtures, awesome.

Not to be nosey, or cramp your style, but it looks like some of

the cages depth varies from 2'-3', is there a reason for that?

Always have a positive outlook on life, we'll leave all the Debby Downers, to SNL or Seattle.

oregonsnakes Jan 08, 2011 03:42 PM

Cages were made at different times by different builders. The larger cages were to deep to reach the backs without a chair. So we ajusted the depth and lowered the roofs adding an extra layer.

It's been awhile since I last surfed your website and I was looking at the 2010 gallery, did you keep the green trans for a project or sell em?

oregonsnakes Jan 10, 2011 02:06 PM

I am currently working with 7 green translucents.

Awesome! Finally starting to see some nice green dragons.

Very cool vid! Put together very well and the music is a nice touch. Working on beardeds and listenening to music go hand in hand.

It's great to see a successful bearded operation that functions different than my own. This is how we learn and push the hobby in a forewards direction.

Good job man!
