A triangle of heat lamps?

Hi guys,
I just built a winter over cage for my big ole rhino male, he is huge.
Im wondering now if I should arrange the heat lamps in a triangle shape, as PE says is better for larger lizards, or should I stick with the in line set up, like 3 in a row.
Which way do you think is better? thanks Bob
