The best price and place is AgSelect.com. They have kits as well as individual parts for watering systems from rodents to large livestock. I got the individual pieces to water my 6 tub rat rack for $50 since I had my own bucket. (6 vari-flow water valves, 50 feet tubing, control valve for bucket, misc angle and t-fittings)
