I saw these yellow Paraguay Cribos in a posting below--beautiful animals--anyone know if ben seigal imported them, or if not, who did and when?

I know Ben sold them but not sure he was the original importer. From what I understand several came in early last year. One group got through quarantine/import just fine. I believe Brian Sharp has those. The group Steve Fuller posted below had some SNAFU with paperwork or some such and spent some time in Q and Ben finally ended up with them.

Maybe Steve or Brian know more. Either way they are awesome looking cribos and hopefully these 2 breeders will be having them available soon.

Hi BigT,

I only know of 1 guy Alan B. who as far as I know is the 1st to breed "True" Paraguay Yellowtail Cribos. I was lucky enough
to be one of few to have seen his animals and he and his animals are top notch. And every one of his Dry's were dog tame !!! One after another he would pull out HUGE breeder adult Yellowtails, Blacktails, UniColor and these things were as big around as boa's and all were puppy tame !

I have also seen his hatchlings last year and although some were not as tame (yet) as there parents, they were awesome looking animals. Alan B. is well respected and widely known in the Dry Club If you can contact him he would be a very good person to know, And if you are lucky enough to get one of his animals you well not be disappointed.

If you look carefully in first photo of male Paraguay yellow tail you can read Ben Siegel on feeding card. Pair were part of a larger group he had for sale in November. Check postings on this forum from last spring for information on another group of Paraguays that came in then.
