These 1st 2 pics were taken from my front door. For the past couple weeks 2 of these hawks have been hanging out. Pretty cool!

These are crappy pics I know, but I thought I'd show them anyway. A big golden eagle eating.










Then the golden flew off & landed next to the baldy

& more of the bald eagle

Looks like Swainson's hawks to me. Nice to see those.

I remember watching a pair of Baldys teaching the younguns to fish over Hebgen Lake outside W. Yellowstone.

Actually, those are Rough-legged Hawks. Swainson's should all be in South America by now.

I'm not sure which would freak out our local birders more - a Rough-legged Hawk in their front yard, or those strange sheets of opaque plexiglass floating on a river down here

Eagles are such cool birds! I dont see them much in my world, but was enthralled with the one at Reptile Gardens.

That one is cool, they have a few really cool birds.

I've seen more eagles this winter so far then the I have in probably the last 4 years combined.
