My male pinstripe has been breeding away this year. But now his hemipene is stuck out and wont retract.I have tried soaking him in sugar water and that didnt help.Anyone know any other remedies.

What you've done is about all you can do yourself; any other procedures will require vet assistance.

Thanks Kelly
I got it to go back in later that night. The sugar water made it go in some. Then i put a little vasiline on it and gently rubbed around it back in.

I'm glad to hear the hemipene has retracted. In the future, use a water based lubricant (like KY jelly) as opposed to vasoline (a pretroleum product). The latter has a much higher chance of irritation, and thus reoccurance.
