Hi I was just a little curious. You posted pics of a 75% IJ jag.that is just gorgeous.
Im not up on all the different carpets but I am thinking about getting another one.I have a nice jcp right now.
I really love the color on yours. So what size will it get? I cant have anything that will get huge like the coastals. Also hows its temper?.My jcp is rather grumpy but thats okay.I thought I had read that the IJ's are even grumpier is that true?

Thanks so much.

Sorry I missed this!

IJ Jags tend to be much smaller than coastals... Even at that I dont think Coastals get excessively large because of their body size. Jags tend to stay around 4-5.5 and IJ's tend to go 5-6. But as I said they are a very slender snake, so while a 6 foot boa can be a huge snake a 6 foot IJ looks almost like a worm.

My IJ Jag came from Psychotic Exotics and is a total peach. Nary a strike so far. In fact on the whole my carpets are all well mannered and are polite enough to let me know they are not in the mood well before striking. I do believe Kerry has some from the specific breeding I got mine from, so if you reach out to purchase, as for photos of the clutch I purchased from if you are interested in these lines.
