I built a combo rack out of plywood that holds 20 16qt tubs and 9 26qt tubs. I am using belly heat. Would it be better to use 3" or 4" heat tape?

I like to use the 4" lower wattage type. But you need to determine that based on the species temp requirements and the ambient temps in the room they are being held in.
