To All it may concern:

With permission from Denise Readinger, the President of the infamous "Hamburg Show", on Monday, March 21, 2011, I quote her from March 16, 2011:

"A bill was proposed in PA regarding the stop of sales of venomous animals as well as crocodilians. But THANK YOU to USARK, they meet with the Senator that proposed this band and he re tracked it. So the Hamburg show will continue as it has for the last 21 years. So please come check us out. Just know your own state laws as to what you can own. The forums need to post up to date information. This bill has been put to rest since the week before the Feb show.
Thank You,
Denise Readinger

So, there are NO worries about PA banning crocodilians or venomous herps.

I hope this was a relief to many!

Sincerely,
Timothy
