Hello,

I have a baby sulcata tortoise and he has been eating the sand in his cage have any of yours done that.I don't know weather I should try a different bedding or just put him on newspaper.also would it be okay for him to be on the calcium sand.

I don't recommend keeping your sulcata on sand. I have had numerous reports of sulcatas eating sand and becoming impacted with the sand and dying.
