Mercury vapor bulbs

I'm setting up a 75 gallon aquarium for a pair off uros, wondering what wattage is to use for the basking spot to keep the temp up in the 120-130 range without over heating.(if that's even possible) are florescent tubes fine for lighting the rest of the tank? Opinions on under tank heater for additional heat in opposite side of basking?

undertank heater is a bad idea, they are not known as the safest option to use. I used a 75g tank and used a 160w mega-ray with an additional 75w basking bulb just for basking temps, then an additional 50w or 75w (depending on the room temp) to stabilize the rest of the enclosure temps
