Can you feel Infertile Eggs

I've always been told you can't feel infertile eggs and the one time I had a girl lay them, they were the size of a pencil eraser. Has anyone ever had a female lay infertiles that they could feel or see?

Infertile eggs tend to be softer shelled, or so I have heard. I didn't palpitate my female when she had infertile eggs..but once lain they were alot bigger than pencil erasers...they were close to an inch long.
