Hello I am planning on getting two adult bearded dragons and breeding them would it be best to get them two separate cages or could I keep them together.

Best to keep them separate. Having the male and female together in the same cage will stress the female, as the male attempts to mate with her all the time. Trios (two females, one male) tend to work better...though I feel all dragons should be housed separately in appropriately sized cages, and only introduced for short periods of time to breed.
Individual cages should be at least 4'x2' of floor space. Height can fall between 18-24" depending on what sort of UVB lighting you intend to use (lower heights better if using long florescent tubes, the higher height better with Mercury vapour bulbs.)
