I will try to post a photo of my baby shell tonight. I hope I can help her. My dogs found her in my yard last September. I will take a side view photo and a top view photo is possible.
In my previous post you can read the problem. I have another question, should I use the spray calcium on her food and put this spray in her water? I bought the white calcium bone, but she has no interest in it at all.

Yes use the spray on her food and in her Water.

You should also take him to the vet to have him check out and they can inject calcium into his blood while you're there.

Supplementing Calcium and Vit D3 should correct the problem.
