I used to post on here back in 2003, I think? Then I got married, then we had our wonderful twins and then I became obsessed with rosy boas and began going bonkers with propagating them and finding every locality I could possibly find.
Over the past couple herping seasons I've bumped into a few chucks here and there and today's encounter with a cute little juvenile spurred my interest again because our 4 year olds (son and daughter) like chucks as much as rosys it seems.
The kids and I are going to put together a habitat for this little one tomorrow- they can't wait to feed him. I'll make sure to give him multiple hiding spots since a garage full of rosy boas might traumatize him.
Been strange to catch up on this forum and interesting to see the advances over the last 8 years. The chuckwalla article in the first issue of herp nation was excellent if anyone here hasn't seen it. Jeremiah Easter also did an outstanding job on an article about rosy boas
Rock on ...
