Hey everyone. I acquired a small blood python, about 20 inches in length. I don't know the sex, so I decided to probe. I'm getting 6 scales on each side or about a 1/4 inch. Does this sound about right for a male? Not familiar with depths on pythons. Thanks for the help!

Definitely a female. A male that size would probe a good inch.
